Wine & Pearls – A Toast to Hope

April 29, 2010 - Parkridge Medical Center and BMW of Chattanooga recently hosted Wine & Pearls, a cocktail reception and silent auction benefiting The Minnie Pearl Cancer Foundation. On April 22 from 6 – 9 p.m., BMW of Chattanooga’s dealership at I-75 and Brainerd Road was transformed into an event venue where guests enjoyed the music of the Ben Friberg Trio as well as a wine-tasting bar and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Attendees took the opportunity to bid on many desirable items at the event’s silent auction, which featured trips, original art, photography packages, jewelry, salon packages, and much more.

Proceeds from the event raised $15,000 for The Minnie Pearl Cancer Foundation, furthering the organization’s mission to provide vital personal encouragement, support and information to Chattanooga-area adults navigating the journey through cancer diagnoses and treatments.
